PRESIDENT:

Jeffrey Libby is the President and founder of TRACSYSTEMS, inc.. Educated at New York University School of Business in Public Administration (BS), and at Southern Methodist University School of Business (MBA), he began his career at Burlington Industries in marketing. Some time later, he moved on to get involved in the new industry of electronic copier control, and began as a manager for Transaction Recording Systems, inc.. After 4 years, he started TRACSYSTEMS and initially performed all roles of the business alone. A firsthand knowledge of technical aspects, as well as marketing and administrative functions, affords him a uniquely well-rounded perspective which is clearly evident throughout the visionary History of TRACSYSTEMS.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER:

Celia Libby is the CFO and a graduate of California State University. She has been with the company for 18 years, starting in sales and customer service. Celia was instrumental in moving the company into the Public Library market in 1993 and has added many clients to our list of long time customers. In 2000, Celia accepted the role of Chief Financial Officer and has implemented policies and procedures that continue contributing to the growth of the company.

SALES & MARKETING:

Jonathan Libby is the Director of Sales and began his career with TRACSYSTEMS, 7 years ago as an assistant to the Director of Technical Support. Through numerous library installations he learned many aspects of hardware and software configuration as well as networking. That experience allowed him a more detailed technical knowledge of library infrastructure which was invaluable as he transitioned to the sales department. He has worked first hand with hundreds of libraries, providing print, copy, and time management solutions to suit their individual needs.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT:

Freddy Rodriguez is the Director of Technical Support and will be your installer. He is a graduate of DeVry University and has been with TRAC for 16 years. In addition to overseeing all technical support issues, he has designed and implemented numerous interfaces to various host devices such as Xerox, Ricoh and Océ copiers; Lexmark, HP, and Kyocera MFP's; and Minolta, Canon, and other microfiche/ microfilm reader/printers. His first hand knowledge from years of developing and installing expertly meshes with certifications in all software and hardware systems that TRACSYSTEMS utilizes.
